The enacted ordinance authorizes Walnut Street Theater Corporation to construct, own, and maintain a building overhang extending into the public right-of-way along the north side of Walnut Street at 815-23 Walnut Street. The owner must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, carry insurance, cover related utility changes, and remove the overhang at its own expense if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project or other authorized reason.
