This enacted ordinance authorizes Avram Hornik, doing business as 90Del125, LLC, to install and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 901-25 North Delaware Avenue. The café must leave at least nine feet of clear sidewalk space, have no more than 100 seats, operate only during specified hours, and meet city permit, insurance, maintenance, and other requirements.
