The enacted measure approved Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2021 capital budget of up to $213.368 million and authorized spending for the listed capital projects during the fiscal year. It also acknowledged PGW’s revised capital-budget forecast for fiscal years 2022 through 2026 and placed conditions on certain projects, including extended project time limits, restrictions on transferring funds, and additional review before some safety, reliability, and growth-related funds could be spent.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2021 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2022 through 2026.
