This enacted bill approved an amendment to Philadelphia’s 2019–2020 Annual Action Plan adding $40,410,779 in federal CARES Act funding. The funding supports housing repairs, rental and mortgage assistance, utility assistance, homelessness prevention and shelter, housing assistance for people living with AIDS, and help for small businesses affected by COVID-19.
