This enacted ordinance authorizes Gojjo Incorporated to install, own, and maintain a sidewalk café at 4536-40 Baltimore Avenue. The café must leave at least nine feet of clear sidewalk, operate from 7:00 a.m. to midnight daily, and meet city permit, insurance, and other requirements; the City may require its removal in specified circumstances.
