This enacted ordinance requires certain building, construction, demolition, and zoning applications, permits, and public notices to disclose property owners and, in many cases, the names and mailing addresses of major individual equity holders. It also requires this ownership information to appear on specified construction-site and zoning notices, affecting property owners and applicants and providing more information to the public.

Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Building Construction and Occupancy Code," and Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by adding disclosure requirements with respect to certain applications, permits, and notices, all under certain terms and conditions.
