This enacted bill authorizes Keystone Property Group to construct, own, and maintain an exterior building ramp at 100 South Independence Mall West that would extend into the south sidewalk area of Market Street. The ramp may extend about 5 feet 9 inches into the sidewalk, while at least 10 feet of clear sidewalk space must remain; the owner must obtain required permits and meet City conditions, including removing the ramp if the City gives required notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing Keystone Property Group ("Owner") to construct, own, and maintain a proposed exterior building ramp at 100 South Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, PA 19106 ("Property"), all under certain terms and conditions.
