This enacted ordinance authorizes the Churchview Commons Condominium Association to own and maintain up to four existing streetlights along the sidewalk frontage of 102-22 Church Street, between Front and Market Streets. The association must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain the lights, carry required insurance, and remove them at its own expense if needed for a City construction project.

Authorizing the Churchview Commons Condominium Association ("Owner") to own and maintain street lighting Encroachments along the One Hundred (100) Block of Church Street in the City of Philadelphia, all under certain terms and conditions.
