This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to amend a sublease with Chestnut Street Realty Limited Partnership for the City’s use of about 200,114 square feet of office space at 1327-29 Chestnut Street. The sublease would extend the arrangement through 2032 and set rent, operating-cost limits, rent abatements, and about $960,547 in additional improvements, including a new conference room.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease agreement with Chestnut Street Realty Limited Partnership, LP, for use by the City, of a portion of the premises located at 1327-29 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, all under certain terms and conditions.
