The enacted bill adopts Philadelphia’s Fiscal Year 2022 Capital Budget, totaling $3,061,046,000, for capital projects listed in the attached exhibit. It makes the funds available for encumbrance and spending from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, subject to loan authorization, available funding, and formal grant awards where applicable.
