This enacted bill revises Philadelphia’s Wage and Net Profits Tax rates. Beginning July 1, 2021 for wage income and January 1, 2021 for net profits, the rate is 2.3398% for residents; for nonresidents, the rate is 3.4481% for work performed or business conducted in Philadelphia.
Amending Chapter 19-1500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Wage and Net Profits Tax," by revising certain tax rates, under certain terms and conditions.
