This enacted ordinance authorized $26.5 million in Fiscal Year 2021 appropriation transfers among the General Fund, Grants Revenue Fund, and Community Development Fund. The transfers moved funding from several city offices and programs to support services and expenses involving the Office of Labor, the Mayor, technology, the Managing Director, Streets, homeless services, prisons, procurement, law, the Register of Wills, the District Attorney, and the Department of Commerce.
