The enacted bill establishes two-hour parking limits on both sides of Greenwich Street between South 2nd Street and Moyamensing Avenue, and on both sides of Reed Street between South 4th and South 5th Streets. It also establishes a two-hour limit on the east side of Moyamensing Avenue between Wharton Street and Reed Street; the limits apply every day during specified hours, with an exception identified as “#33.”
