This enacted measure establishes a two-hour parking limit on both sides of Morris Street between S. 2nd Street and Moyamensing Avenue. The limit applies from 8:00 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Sunday, except for vehicles covered by Residential Parking Permit areas 33 or 34.
