This enacted bill creates the Mid-Walnut Street Area within Philadelphia’s Center City Overlay District for certain CMX-5 properties along Walnut and 11th Streets. It sets a maximum building height of 192.46 feet, establishes parking and loading standards for multifamily housing, and allows up to 95% lot coverage for certain portions of buildings above 65 feet.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending certain provisions of Section 14-502, entitled "/ CTR, Center City Overlay District," to create the "Mid- Walnut Street Area," all under certain terms and conditions.
