This enacted ordinance authorizes the property owner or designee at 941 S. 8th Street to install, operate, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café extending into portions of the sidewalks on South 8th and Carpenter Streets. The café must leave at least six feet of clear sidewalk, follow City permit and insurance requirements, operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and have no more than 100 seats; the City may require its removal under specified conditions.
Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 941 S. 8th Street, under certain terms and conditions.
