This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer some or all of City-owned land in the area bounded by Kingston Street, I-95, East Venango Street, and Bath Street to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The transfer must follow terms and conditions approved through the required City documents.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by Kingston Street, I-95, East Venango Street and Bath Street, under certain terms and conditions.
