This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to grant the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation a temporary construction easement on part of the City-owned property commonly known as 3721 Richmond Street, near Richmond Street, East Butler Street, I-95, and Castor Avenue. The easement is for constructing transportation improvements and must be covered by an agreement with terms reviewed by the City Solicitor.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to grant to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, a temporary construction easement on a portion of the parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by Richmond Street, East Butler Street, I-95 and Castor Avenue, commonly known as 3721 Richmond Street, under certain terms and conditions.
