This enacted ordinance establishes one-way traffic directions on specified portions of Paul, Meadow, Tackawanna, Worth, Pear, Gillingham, Josephine, Blair, and East Montgomery streets. It also removes the existing parking regulation on the east side of Paul Street between Church Street and Meadow Street, with the changes taking effect after matching parking signs are replaced.

Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on certain portions of Paul Street, Meadow Street, Tackawanna Street, Worth Street, Pear Street, Gillingham Street, Josephine Street, Blair Street, and East Montgomery Avenue, and making associated changes to parking regulations within the same limits, all under certain terms and conditions.
