This enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s zoning rules for certain historically designated properties. In residential single-family detached zoning districts, a qualifying historic structure may have dwelling units on lots with at least 50% of the district’s usual minimum lot area; any fractional number of allowed units must be rounded down.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to revise certain provisions of Chapter 14-600, entitled "Use Regulations," by amending use standards for historically designated properties and making related changes; all under certain terms and conditions.
