This enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s zoning rules for development bonuses that can increase floor area, building height, or housing unit density. It revises which residential and mixed-use projects qualify, changes how payment-in-lieu amounts for affordable housing are calculated, and clarifies how housing and green-roof bonuses are combined and rounded.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising certain provisions of Section 14-702, entitled "Floor Area, Height, and Housing Unit Density Bonuses"; and by making related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
