This enacted bill approved Philadelphia Gas Works’ amended Fiscal Year 2021 capital budget, authorizing up to $216.734 million for capital projects during the fiscal year. It also acknowledged PGW’s revised capital budget forecast for fiscal years 2022 through 2026 and placed conditions on certain projects, including limits on transfers, spending, and the period when authorization was available.

Approving the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2021 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging the receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2022 through 2026, as amended.
