This enacted bill changes the Philadelphia zoning designations for certain land within the area bounded by Allegheny Avenue, Collins Street, Westmoreland Street, and Tulip Street. The changes took effect immediately and will expire three years after the ordinance becomes law, after which the zoning maps will revert to their prior designations.
