This enacted bill authorizes a bicycle lane on the west side of North 13th Street, between Spring Garden Street and Green Street. It also authorizes the city Department to regulate vehicle and bicycle use there in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation rules, and took effect immediately.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane on North 13th Street, from Spring Garden Street to Green Street; all under certain terms and conditions.
