This enacted ordinance changes zoning rules in the Fifth District Overlay District. It generally prohibits floor-area, height, and dwelling-unit-density bonuses tied to mixed-income housing or green roofs, but allows certain mixed-income housing bonuses for lots south of Spring Garden Street; lots with at least 50% residential space cannot earn those bonuses through a payment-in-lieu agreement.

Amending Section 14-529 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/VDO, Fifth District Overlay District," to prohibit certain bonuses, all under certain terms and conditions.
