This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas within the boundaries of Old York Road, Broad Street, and 65th Avenue. It replaces the existing zoning designations for those areas with the designations shown on Map B and took effect immediately.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Old York Road, Broad Street, and 65th Avenue.
