This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain portions of land bounded by Berks Street, Memphis Street, Wilt Street, and Tulip Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations with the designations shown on Map B and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain portions of land located within an area bounded by Berks Street, Memphis Street, Wilt Street, and Tulip Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
