Enacted legislation authorized the City’s Finance Director to transfer Fiscal Year 2022 appropriations among the General Fund, Water Fund, and Grants Revenue Fund. The transfers moved funding between city offices and departments, including the Office of Innovation and Technology, Streets Department, Water Department, Parks and Recreation, Department of Prisons, City Commissioners, and others.
