This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of 3536 Calumet Street, Andrea and Mark Sunderland or a later owner, to install and maintain a planter that would extend into the east sidewalk along Calumet Street. At least five feet of clear sidewalk must remain, and the owners must obtain required approvals, maintain the planter, carry insurance, cover certain costs, and remove it at their expense if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.
