This enacted bill authorizes the Procurement Commissioner to arrange fixed-rate purchases of electricity, natural gas, and motor fuel for City facilities and vehicles during Fiscal Year 2025. The purchases must use competitively selected suppliers, and the Commissioner must consider advice from the Philadelphia Energy Authority and report the agreements and purchases to City Council.

Authorizing the Procurement Commissioner to enter into agreements to purchase electricity, natural gas and motor fuel for use by the City in City facilities and vehicles, including agreements that obligate payment for delivery of such energy supplies in future fiscal years, all under certain terms and conditions.
