This enacted ordinance extends until March 11, 2022 the deadline for Independence Park Hotel to enter into an agreement and meet the requirements for constructing and maintaining an exterior building ramp at 235 Chestnut Street. If the hotel does not meet those requirements by that date, the permission for the ramp expires automatically.

Amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 200092) approved March 11, 2020, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing Independence Park Hotel ('Owner') to construct, own, and maintain a proposed exterior building ramp at 235 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 ('Property'), all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
