The enacted bill authorizes the current or a future owner of 1344-1348 Arch Street, also known as 55 N. Broad Street, to install and maintain a building ramp that would extend into the east sidewalk area of North Broad Street. The owner must obtain required permits and approvals, keep at least 11 feet of clear sidewalk space, maintain the ramp, and meet insurance and other conditions, including removing it at the City’s request for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing various encroachments on North Broad Street in the vicinity of 1344-1348 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, under certain terms and conditions.
