This enacted law changes Philadelphia’s rules for campaign contributions and political committee spending. It adjusts certain contribution limits for inflation, sets rules for payments involving sample ballots and get-out-the-vote activities, allows campaigns to share certain costs, requires campaigns to use designated accounts and keep records, and requires additional disclosure and documentation in some vendor arrangements.

Amending Chapter 20-1000 of The Philadelphia Code ("Political Contributions and Expenditures") to add and make changes to provisions regarding campaign contributions and disclosure of political committee expenditures; all under certain terms and conditions.
