This enacted ordinance authorizes the Philadelphia Housing Authority to acquire full ownership of certain properties between 9th and 11th Streets and Cumberland Street and Susquehanna Avenue in Fairhill. The properties are intended for affordable housing and mixed-use development; if residents or businesses are displaced, the Housing Authority must follow relocation laws and provide required assistance and benefits.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Housing Authority to acquire fee simple title to certain properties located in the vicinity of 9th Street to the east, 11th Street to the west, Cumberland Street to the north, and Susquehanna Avenue to the south, under certain terms and conditions.
