The enacted measure approved Philadelphia Gas Works’ amended Fiscal Year 2022 capital budget, authorizing up to $149.132 million for specified capital projects and related financing. It also acknowledged PGW’s revised capital-budget forecast for fiscal years 2023 through 2027 and imposed conditions on certain projects, including limits on transfers and spending deadlines.

Approving the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2022 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging the receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2023 through 2027, as amended.
