The enacted ordinance authorizes 2027 South Juniper Partners, LP, or a later property owner, to install and maintain an awning with support columns over portions of the sidewalks at 1801 East Passyunk Avenue, along East Passyunk Avenue and Moore Street. The owner must obtain required permits, follow City requirements, maintain insurance and the structure, and remove it at no cost to the City if needed for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing an encroachment upon East Passyunk Avenue and Moore Street in the vicinity of 1801 East Passyunk Avenue Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148, under certain terms and conditions.
