This enacted ordinance authorizes Sweetwater Group, Inc., or a future owner, to own and maintain an existing bulk window that extends about 3 feet 4 inches into the sidewalk at 2519 Frankford Avenue. At least 6 feet 6 inches of passable sidewalk must remain, and the owner must obtain required approvals, maintain the window, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove it at the owner’s expense if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.
