This enacted amendment to Philadelphia’s streeteries rules adds three permitted locations: both sides of Main Street from Shurs Lane to Green Lane, both sides of Washington Avenue from Broad Street to 25th Street, and both sides of Snyder Avenue from Broad Street to 25th Street. It took effect March 8, 2022, subject to the existing terms and conditions for streeteries.

Amending Section 9-215 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Streeteries," to add additional permitted locations, all under certain terms and conditions.
