This enacted bill prohibits street vendors from stopping, standing, or parking vehicles or other conveyances to sell goods on both sides of Market Street between 33rd and 34th Streets. It applies to vendors operating in that designated section of Market Street and took effect immediately.
Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-203 relating to Street Vendors, by prohibiting street vending on certain portions of Market Street; all under certain terms and conditions.
