The enacted ordinance authorizes removing and abandoning a roughly 25-foot-wide portion of a planned right-of-way near Civic Center Boulevard and Osler Circle that was designated for drainage and water main purposes. The property owners or other parties involved must meet conditions protecting the City from related damage claims, and $200 must be paid into the City Treasury within 120 days after the ordinance became law.

Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 269 and abandonment of a portion of a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes in the vicinity of the northwesterly side of Civic Center Boulevard, northeast of Osler Circle, under certain terms and conditions.
