This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Chief Information Officer, through the Office of Innovation & Technology, to enter into an agreement to purchase email, cloud services, enterprise software, data services, security software, and related computing products and services. The agreement may last up to 60 months, with its final products, quantities, prices, and license types set before signing and subject to review by the City Solicitor.
