The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s parking rules to prohibit anyone from parking a semitrailer or truck tractor on a residential street. It also keeps a 15-day limit for boats, motor homes, truck campers, and vending carts in on-street parking spaces, requiring those vehicles to remain on wheels and readily movable.
Amending Chapter 12-900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parking Regulations and Penalties," by regulating on-street parking of unpermitted semitrailers and truck tractors, all under certain terms and conditions.
