This enacted ordinance adds rules for illegally parked semitrailers and truck tractors. Vehicles parked on public streets in violation of the rules for unpermitted semitrailers and truck tractors may be towed or immobilized for up to 72 hours and then towed if they are not reclaimed.

Amending Chapter 12-400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Towing and Immobilizing of Parked or Abandoned Vehicles," by adding new regulations for the towing and storage of illegally parked semitrailer and truck tractors, all under certain terms and conditions.
