This enacted ordinance establishes a $300 civil penalty for parking semitrailers and truck tractors on city streets, in addition to applicable costs and fees. The penalty applies when a person is found liable through the city’s parking-violation process, and the ordinance took effect immediately.

Amending Chapter 12-800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations," by establishing monetary penalties for on-street parking of semitrailers and truck tractors, all under certain terms and conditions.
