This enacted ordinance revises and clarifies Philadelphia’s zoning and planning rules, including provisions on zoning approvals, building heights, demolitions in neighborhood conservation districts, mixed-income development, parking and loading, signs, and solar collectors. It also updates requirements for steep-slope protection, landscaping, tree replacement, and tree preservation, affecting property owners, developers, and permit applicants.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising and clarifying certain provisions and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
