This bill, which was vetoed by the mayor, would revise Philadelphia’s Ninth District Overlay zoning rules. It would set limits on certain exterior building materials, change minimum lot-size rules in RSA-5 districts, restrict some accessory dwelling units, and require special exceptions and overnight operating limits for certain commercial uses in designated review areas.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising certain provisions of Section 14-520, entitled "/NDO, Ninth District Overlay District," all under certain terms and conditions.
