This enacted bill changes the zoning designations for certain properties in the area bounded by Arch Street, 50th Street, Pine Street, and 54th Street. The changes replace the existing designations shown on specified Philadelphia Zoning Maps with new designations shown on accompanying maps, and the ordinance took effect immediately.
