This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to move the property and curb lines along part of Hillcrest Avenue, about 216 feet northeast of Germantown Avenue, widening that section and changing the intersection. Property owners and other parties involved must meet conditions including dedicating the widened street area to the City, covering required utility changes, providing financial guarantees, and releasing the City from related damage claims.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 284 by relocating the northwesterly houseline and the curblines of Hillcrest Avenue from its current intersection with Germantown Avenue to a point northeastwardly therefrom, thereby widening the said portion of Hillcrest Avenue and modifying its intersection with said Germantown Avenue, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City of the bed of the widened portion of Hillcrest Avenue.
