This enacted ordinance authorizes Saint Joseph’s University or its designee to install, own, and maintain a pedestrian underpass beneath City Avenue near 5700-30 City Avenue. The project must meet City requirements and receive required permits and approvals; the university must also cover related costs, maintain insurance, and remove the underpass if required for a City construction project.
