This enacted bill gives the Philadelphia Streets Department authority to set traffic direction and parking restrictions on certain streets in the area bounded by Wyoming Avenue, 9th Street, Pike Street, and Rising Sun Avenue. Delegating to the Philadelphia Streets Department the authority to regulate the direction of movement of traffic and establish parking restrictions on certain streets within the bounded area of Wyoming avenue to 9th street to Pike street to Rising Sun avenue; all under certain terms and conditions.
